Whole30 Day 1 – yep, I said Day 1, sigh

Well…my food choices have been off-plan these last few days, without a doubt. Thursday night, I decided I wanted ice cream to celebrate finishing Foundations class. Friday night, I decided I wanted it again…just because I did. Then last night, I decided I wanted it again because I knew on Monday, I would be starting the Paleo challenge at the Crossfit gym, so…

Today, I hung on.

Breakfast:
2 eggs with 1/2 hot dog and squash sauteed in coconut oil
1 piece pork sausage
Carrots
Strawberries with coconut butter

Lunch:
Chicken salad with walnut pieces and hard boiled egg
Spinach
Tomatoes
Prunes

Snack:
Mac nuts
Prunes

Dinner:
Lean ground beef with squash, zucchini and peppers
Spinach
Plum

Whew….
